Prize Competition Terms & Conditions

Win Alex Albon's Silverstone Race Suit!

1. Organiser

This competition is organised by Spinal Injuries Association ("the Charity"), registered charity number 1054097, in association with Atlassian Williams Racing.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, agents, or contractors of Spinal Injuries Association, Atlassian Williams Racing, and any organisations directly involved in the administration, promotion, or judging of this competition, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
• You must not enter on behalf of anybody under the age of 18.
• You must provide accurate entry information, including your name and personal address.

3. Competition Type

• This is a Prize Competition, not a raffle, as entrants are required to answer a skill-based question upon entering. Therefore it is free from regulation under the Gambling Act 2005.

4. Entry Period

• Entry opens at 00:01 GMT on [4 December 2025]
• Entry closes at 23:59 GMT on [18 December 2025]

5. How to Enter

Online Entry:

• Enter online at https://spinal.charityhive.co.uk/raffle/1/win-alex-albons-silverstone-race-suit
• Cost: £10.00 per entry. Bundle prize available.
• Payment by debit/credit card
• Multiple entries permitted with payment
• You must submit your answer to the Competition Entry Question

Important: Entries are issued regardless of your answer to the Competition Entry Question. However, under Gambling Commission rules, only entries containing the correct answer will be entered into the final draw.

6. The Prize

One winner will be selected to receive:

• An official worn suit from Atlassian Williams Racing, worn by Alex Albon at Silverstone in 2025

Prize Terms:

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes
• The Charity reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary for reasons beyond its control
• No cash alternative is provided

7. Winner Selection

• The draw will be conducted on 18 December 2025 at 23:59:00, or if not possible, on the next working day
• Winner will be selected by random draw using a Random Number Generator that has been tested and approved by an independent third party
• The draw will be independently supervised by Charity Hive to ensure fairness
• Only tickets with the correct answer to the Competition Entry Question will be entered into the draw
• The results of the draw are final and binding

8. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw
• All participants will be notified once the draw has been made and can check results in their "My Account" area of the Charity Hive platform
• A list of winning ticket numbers will be made available within 7 days of the draw
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw held
• If a prize remains unclaimed for six months following the first attempt to notify the winner, The Charity may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering it in future competitions

9. Publicity

By entering, winners consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition and the Charity's work, without additional payment.

10. Use of Funds

Money raised by this competition will support the work of Spinal Injuries Association registered charity number 1054097.

11. Data Protection

By entering this competition, I consent to receive marketing communications from Spinal Injuries Association about future events, campaigns and fundraising activities. You can unsubscribe at any time in accordance with the Charity's privacy policy: https://www.spinal.co.uk/privacy-policy/

12. Liability

• The Charity and Atlassian Williams Racing accept no responsibility for lost, late, or incomplete entries
• Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid
• Entries received after the closing date may miss entry into the draw and will be considered as a donation to The Charity

13. General Terms

• By purchasing or submitting an entry, you agree to these terms and conditions
• The Charity’s decisions pursuant to these terms and conditions shall be final and binding
• The Charity reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or amend the competition and these terms where necessary without notice, at its absolute discretion
• Any changes will be notified via the competition website or social media channels
• The Charity does not offer competitions in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
